Senior/Team Leader - Invergordon - £17.00 - £18.00p/h

We are a multi-award winning recruitment organisation, currently looking to recruit an experienced Team Leader/Senior Carer for our client in Invergordon. Our client provides outstanding person-centrered care and support for the elderly, dementia care, palliative care & respite care for up to 38 residents. The home boasts a beautiful local and 'Good' CQC rating.

Shift times are 08.00 - 20.00, 08.00 - 14.00 & 14.00 - 20.00 with rotas given in advance and some flexibility on days worked.

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated carer who has some experience in leading a team. Has medication administration experience and certification along with diploma level 3 in Health & Socia care or equivalent.

Duties will include ensuring the smooth running of the shift, maintaining care plans and records. Providing person-centered care, personal care and medication administration.
Immediate start available, but, unfortunately we are not able to provide sponsorship for this role.

Governance Officer - Worcester/Hybrid - 6 month contract - £19.31 - £25.20p/h (D.O.E)

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Governance Officer to join our clients organisation and support the development and implementation of effective governance frameworks. Hybrid working 9am - 5pm Mon - Fri with some flexibility.

Duties
• Work within regulatory frameworks.
• Attend Board meetings (both virtually & in person) to take accurate minutes
• Review and format Board reports.
• Liaise with Directors, Exec Assistants, Board Members and report authors.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support ongoing and one-off projects.
• Provide a high level of customer service whilst working with stakeholders across all levels of the business.

Requirements
• Recent experience in a similar Governance Officer role.
• Strong organisational and planning skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and remain calm under pressure.
• Experience in taking/preparing meeting minutes and managing meeting documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Teams.
• Previous project management and supervisory experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:
*Assist residents or clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
*Support individuals with their daily routines in accordance with personalised care plans.
*Monitor and record health conditions, report any concerns to senior staff promptly.
*Provide companionship and emotional support to service users.

We are a multi-award winning recruitment organisation, currently looking for an experienced Scheme Manager on behalf of our client, a provider of quality housing for older/retired people. The role will compromise of travel to other schemes, so a full driving license is essential and own transport preferred.

The purpose of the role is to encourage residents to maintain their wellbeing and independence. Deliver high quality, safe and value-for-money housing management services. Meet legislative and regulatory requirements to ensure clean and safe homes for the group. Manage relationships with key stakeholders', service providers and residents. Co-ordinate the delivery of local services to ensure the schemes are maintained, clean and secure. Provide administration support and contribute to the schemes group values.

An ideal candidate would have previous experience in a similar role and would be preferred to hold a diploma/NVQ 3 in housing or Social Care.

The package is for a initial 6 month contract, but could become permanent for the right person. Working 9am - 5pm Mon-Fri, with some flexibility.
