Scheme Manager/Senior Carer - Stoke On Trent ST4 - 6 month contract £13.42 - £15.03 per hour.

We are a multi-award winning recruitment organisation, currently looking for an experienced Scheme Manager on behalf of our client, a provider of quality housing for older/retired people. The role will compromise of travel to other schemes, so a full driving license is essential and own transport preferred.

The purpose of the role is to encourage residents to maintain their wellbeing and independence. Deliver high quality, safe and value-for-money housing management services. Meet legislative and regulatory requirements to ensure clean and safe homes for the group. Manage relationships with key stakeholders', service providers and residents. Co-ordinate the delivery of local services to ensure the schemes are maintained, clean and secure. Provide administration support and contribute to the schemes group values.

An ideal candidate would have previous experience in a similar role and would be preferred to hold a diploma/NVQ 3 in housing or Social Care.

The package is for a initial 6 month contract, but could become permanent for the right person. Working 9am - 5pm Mon-Fri, with some flexibility.

Mobile Cleaning Operative - Lowestoft/ Great Yarmouth & Norwich - 8 week initial contract £13.70 -£14.49 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Technician to clean care homes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across various premises, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for clients. There will be 2 days per week in Lowestoft, 2 in Norwich and 1 in Great Yarmouth Working Monday - Friday. A van and all materials will be provided.

Duties
*Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, surfaces, windows, and fixtures.
*Use specialised cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively.
*Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistency.
*Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards identified during cleaning tasks.
*Maintain a tidy and organised work environment at all times.
*Communicate effectively with team members and clients to meet their specific cleaning requirements.
*Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed within designated timeframes.
*Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times, including the proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
Skills

*Proven experience in cleaning or related roles is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
*Valid driving licence is essential to facilitate travel between sites.
*Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
*Strong customer service orientation with the ability to understand and meet client needs.
*Good organisational skills with attention to detail to ensure high-quality standards are maintained.
*Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
*Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a professional appearance and attitude.
*A clear valid DBS is desirable.

We are a multi-award winning health & social care recruiter, currently looking for experienced Care Assistants to work in the community. You will be providing outstanding person-centered care to individuals with Learning disabilities, Physical Disabilities, sensory impairment and care of the elderly.

Visits will vary from 30 mins - 3 hours and you will require your own transport and business insurance to attend the visits. You will be supporting adults aged 65+ to be as independent as possible and remain in their own home. Duties will vary from providing personal care, social interaction, administering medication and ensuring their homes are clean and tidy.

Shifts available are week days 4pm - 10pm, weekends - 7am - 2pm & 4pm - 10pm.
