An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced dental nurse to join our clients friendly growing team! This role is part time, working two days per week.

This three surgery expanding practice is based in Ipswich, Suffolk and offers predominantly private care with a small amount of NHS work. You will be working alongside highly skilled and experienced clinicians and support staff that will actively encourage and facilitate your further growth and development.

Our client is seeking a candidate that has excellent communication skills and a warm and friendly approach to help patients feel at ease throughout their patient journey.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate and be competent in the following:

• Offer outstanding customer service and patient care
• Welcome patients to the practice with a friendly and professional manner
• Demonstrate confidence in having discussions with patients about their treatment plans
• Experience and knowledge of SOE is crucial
• Candidates must be well organised and punctual in order to keep up with ever growing and busy demand
• Work and communicate well in a team
• Adhere to and reflect the practices high standards and values at all times

Listen and acknowledge: Good communication skills include listening and acknowledging that you have heard and understood what your interviewer has said. From the very beginning of an interview, you will be being given information either directly or indirectly, so ensure to take everything in.

Be authentic and honest: Answer questions truthfully. Connect answers back to your skills and accomplishments by providing answers of results you’ve achieved. Never be dishonest about your capabilities.
