We can offer a basic starting salary of £9.50 an hour, paid weekly! This makes us the highest paying agency in the area!
For the right candidates there is a choice between full time and part time hours, worked flexibly around your availability.
Duties include (but not limited to):
· To travel to and from our customers based in Ipswich and surrounding villages to provide care and support to their residents.
· To administer medication, if trained to do so
· To assist with preparing of food and drink and necessary and assist with consumption if required.
· To be punctual & presentable at all times and be friendly and polite to our clients residents and staff teams
· To monitor and record daily notes and changes to appropriate senior staff on site.
· Helping tidy the clients home or room as necessary
· Talking to clients to reassure them and provide emotional support
· To complete training and undertake yearly refresher training, as well as checks to me made via an annual DBS and references.
· Assist clients in accessing the community and attend appointments as necessary
The ideal candidate will have:
· Experience supporting adults or children with Autism and Behaviours that challenge
· A clear DBS check that is on the update service
· A drivers licence that holds no endorsements (not essential)
· Good communication and record keeping abilities
