BOOKING & RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

NESS Integrated Care is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Booking & Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

📍 Inverness
🕘 Monday–Friday | 9am–5pm

This is a busy, varied role combining staff recruitment and day-to-day bookings, helping us make sure we have the right people in the right place to support our clients.

The role will include recruiting and onboarding new staff, managing bookings and shift requirements, communicating with clients and care staff, maintaining accurate records and supporting the wider team with the smooth running of our service.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Confident and friendly with excellent communication skills
• Highly organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable speaking with clients and staff by phone and email
• Proactive, reliable and a good team player
• Experienced in recruitment, bookings, healthcare or a similar role — although full training will be provided for the right person

This change follows guidance from the Care Inspectorate and better reflects the wide range of services we now provide across nursing, community care and housing support.
