One year on — and I couldn’t be prouder.

A year ago, we shared our hopes for EquallyPlaced. Today, I’m grateful for how far we’ve come.

In the last year we’ve:

As we move into 2026, it feels like a fresh chapter — new perspectives, clear goals, and real momentum. Much of my best thinking still happens walking the dogs in the Highlands, reflecting on why we started this in the first place.
