largest regional suppliers of Engineering, Technical and Professional personnel on temporary, interim and permanent placements. Originally a division of OLG Engineering, OLG Recruitment is now a wholly owned subsidiary of OLG after the organisation was restructured in 2013. As an accredited member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) we adhere to the highest principles of ethics and professional conduct in the recruitment industry. Our History

Formed in 1982, OLG has grown to become the leading Project Management and Engineering Design Consultancy in the area. From its offices in Immingham and Hull the company has built an impressive record for handling design, construction, personnel and management problems on all types of projects for their wide range of clients. In 1990 the company saw the need to provide engineering personnel to their clients and formed the Technical Agency Division with the sole purpose of providing technical personnel (white collar workers) to clients on temporary and long-term contracts as well as permanent placements.

Project Manager (Permanent position)

Details:
🔹 On-site role based in Teesside
🔹Permanent/full time
🔹Monday to Friday

In this role, you will act as the client’s representative, leading, directing, and motivating a small team of site-based engineers to deliver a diverse portfolio of projects. These projects will vary in scale and complexity and must be managed across the full project lifecycle, including estimating, scoping, detailed design, procurement, construction, and commissioning, in line with the client’s project management processes.

Qualifications/Experience required:
▪️ The minimum qualification is a HNC/HND in an engineering subject or project management qualification looking to progress to chartered status
▪️The position requires that the incumbent has in excess of 5 years’ experience of delivering site Based engineering projects within a contracting environment
▪️Willingness to report and present to a company board
▪️Desire to attain or possess project management qualification (APM or PMI or similar) would be an advantage

Senior Electrical Project Engineer

OLG Recruitment are currently looking for a Senior Electrical Project Engineer for our client located in Hull.

Ideally you will have:
🔸Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role (consultancy or contracting)
🔹Strong experience across full project lifecycle (FEED to commissioning)
🔸Excellent knowledge of LV & HV systems (up to 132kV)
🔹In-depth understanding of BS7671, ATEX, and electrical safety standards
🔸Solid knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contracts and commercial management
🔹Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
🔸Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
