We are offering a very competitive base salary + excellent monthly commission, superb benefits and working hours which include a 2PM finish on Fridays to start the weekend a bit earlier.

OUR OFFICES ARE LOCATED IN HYDE APPROX. 15 MINUTES SOUTHEAST OF MANCHESTER CITY CENTRE.

Key responsibilities & accountabilities:

• Acting as the main support to a Senior Recruitment Consultant by assisting in the placement of candidates into specific roles.
• Sourcing candidates via our internal database, recruitment platforms (LinkedIn) and networking.
• Administrative duties that include (but are not limited to) CV editing, invitations, job adverts.
• Overseeing the candidate journey from start to finish.
• This is a role solely focused on the delivery of candidates, so no client sales or business development will be required.

• Able to operate efficiently, effectively and professionally within a fast-paced environment.
• Show a positive and collaborative attitude.
• Be motivated to lead by example and represent our clients with integrity.
• Excellent written and oral communication that will assist in building and maintaining trusted relationships at all levels.
• Ability to share knowledge and ideas in a constructive and supportive way.
• Will thrive in a team environment with a flexible and adaptable attitude.
• Delivery focused with a passion for quality.
• Can demonstrate a high level of computer literacy and works with a keen eye for detail.
