One of our respected Fire & Security clients is ready to bring a strong Senior Engineer off the tools and into a leadership position
These roles don’t come up often.
🔥 The Role
This is a stepping stone into full management.
You’ll be:
✔ Managing & overseeing the Small Works division
✔ Leading 5 engineers + subcontractors
✔ Planning works & organising materials
✔ Supporting installations & ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard
✔ Providing technical support & problem-solving
✔ Visiting sites to maintain quality control
✔ Liaising with clients for handovers & commissioning sign-off
✔ Occasionally supporting call-outs if the team are stretched
This role is built to evolve into a Management position.
They want someone structured, technically strong, respected by engineers — and ready for progression.
💰 The Package
• Basic up to £42,000
• Door-to-door travel paid at overtime rates
• OTE £55,000+
• Hybrid company car
• Commission structure
• 2 weeks paid training per year
• Clear career progression pathway
