Monday marked 8 years since Secure & Recruit began, and it feels like the perfect time to take a moment to appreciate how far we’ve come.

Over the past 8 years, we’ve had the privilege of placing 1,500+ candidates into new roles across the Fire & Security industry.

But for us, it’s never just been about the numbers.

It’s about the relationships we’ve built along the way.

And then there are the candidates.

A client came to us last Friday with a role they’d been struggling to fill.

They’d already been working with two other recruitment companies, but were receiving candidates who simply weren’t relevant to what they were looking for.

We had a meeting, got a clear understanding of the role and what they actually needed, and then got straight to work.

Fast forward just a few days, and we’ve already found the right person, as of Wednesday an offer was on the table, and the role is now filled.

🔥 The Role

This is a stepping stone into full management.

You’ll be:

✔ Managing & overseeing the Small Works division
✔ Leading 5 engineers + subcontractors
✔ Planning works & organising materials
✔ Supporting installations & ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard

✔ Visiting sites to maintain quality control
