As Managing Consultant of our Automotive & Fleet team, Rodger celebrates 9 years with E3! Over this time, he has been a driving force behind the team’s success, combining leadership, industry expertise and a commitment to delivering results that make a real difference in the industry.

Jennie Butler – 6 Years

Our Associate Finance Director, Jennie, marks 6 years with the business. Her strategic insight, financial expertise and guidance ensure E3 runs smoothly and continues to grow year on year.

Megan Hepworth – 5 Years

Our Marketing Executive, Megan, reaches her 5 year milestone at E3. Transitioning from recruitment to marketing during her time with the business, she brings a unique perspective, blending knowledge of the business to help shape our brand.

What a way to end the week!

On Friday, the E3R team came together for our Summer Company Update and Celebration, and it did not disappoint 🥳

We started the afternoon with some AMAZING food catered by Valley Kitchen Catering, before getting together as a team to reflect on the year so far, align on our goals for the remainder of 2026, and celebrate some brilliant achievements and special recognitions.

The day then rounded off in true E3 style, with plenty of laughs and some fiercely competitive beer pong 🏓

Here's to a strong finish to 2026 and an exciting start to 2027 💜

Another brilliant day for our Chemical & Process Charity Golf Day at Oulton Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort last week🏌️‍♂️

The sun was glorious and the company even better. Always great to bring together so many fantastic businesses for a day of golf, all in support of the Children's Heart Surgery Fund (CHSF) ❤️

Days like this are what make our sector special, a chance to step away from the desk, catch up with familiar faces, meet some new ones, and enjoy some healthy competition on the course, all for an important cause.

Yesterday, Associate Director, James Travis took to the pitch, representing E3R on the Howarths Foundation team in the Stephen Gautrey Challenge Cup ⚽

Simon Grayson's celebrity side, featuring Jermaine Beckford, Jonny Howson, Ryan Sidebottom, Ross McCormack and more, took home the win this time, but with the sun out and a brilliant turnout, it made for a fantastic game, all in aid of a great cause 💙
