We have two FMG teams taking on the Race Across West Yorkshire in support of Forget Me Not Children's Hospice 💜

🚈🚌 The FMGeezas (Ronnie & Seamus) and Only Fools, No Horses (Will & Ash) are racing against teams from other local businesses on foot or public transport, finding checkpoints along the way!

After an incredible performance last year with two FMG teams finishing in the top 3 👏, the big question is… can we do it again this year? 👀

This week we’ve supported 40 amazing colleagues with using their company paid volunteer day to assist The Kirkwood’s Christmas Tree Collection campaign – and what a week it’s been! Over 1,800 trees were collected, raising a phenomenal £37,000 to help fund The Kirkwood’s vital care and support for patients and families in our local community. 🎄❤️

FMG are proud to partner with The Kirkwood in a variety of ways, and it’s these collective and long-term incredible efforts of many that keep local charities like The Kirkwood able to continue to do their vital work across communities.

A massive THANK YOU to our colleagues who made this year’s collection campaign such a success - and a huge shoutout to Northgate Vehicle Hire for providing the vans that made it all possible!

Last Thursday our colleagues came together for a Bikeathon, raising over £1,300 for Overgate Hospice as part of their Big Build appeal 💙. A huge thank you to everyone who took part and pedalled for such an incredible cause!

🚴‍♀️Teams competed to cycle 50km in the fastest time, the same distance as the legendary Inca Trail, which will also be the location of Overgate’s overseas trek in 2026.

👏 Special congratulations to the East Wing, who smashed the 50km Inca Trail Challenge in just 1 hour and 5 minutes, an amazing achievement!

🎓 Last week, we proudly celebrated a fantastic milestone as several of our apprentices officially graduated at a special ceremony held at the iconic Silverstone Museum!

Our graduates achieved their qualifications across a range of programmes, including Coaching, Insurance Practitioner, and Customer Services.

Please join us in congratulating Olivia, Muhammad, Staci, Kayden, Cody, and Anna on their outstanding achievements and the hard work they’ve shown throughout 🙌

It’s been a week of kindness and community support at FMG this week! 🙏✨

❤️ In honour of Remembrance Day, our colleagues wore red and made donations, helping raise vital funds for the Royal British Legion to support the important work they do for the Armed Forces community.

💜 To mark World Kindness Day, our colleagues came together to support The Welcome Centre. Food Bank and More, collecting food and essential items to help with their Christmas community support.

💛 We were delighted to welcome Sharron from the charity Give A Few Words, who joined us for a special kindness-themed craft session. Our teams created handmade crafts, cards, and letters that will be shared with residents in care homes and older people in the community as part of the charity’s Christmas Appeal.

A huge thank you to everyone who took part and helped spread a bit of kindness, both in our business and our community 🤗
