MEET THE TEAM

Born and raised in Robin Hood’s country – Nottingham.

Way back when in 2011 and fresh out of Uni, Malachi Initially pursued a career in sales. A few years’ experience and hard graft allowed him to move into a large multi-national data organisation. After 7 years of promotions including managing teams of professionals and providing analytical insight to senior stakeholders, Malachi realised that the aspect of his career he loved the most was successful and smart recruitment. It was with this lightbulb moment that he decided it was time to find a role that focused on this…

Upon hearing of the brilliant reputation of Blakeney Point, Malachi knew that this was the business he wanted to be a part of. He believed in their vision to only focus on long term careers, lasting relationships and attention to detail in every aspect of their work. Malachi soon joined the business concentrating exclusively on roles within the protein industry. He loves the buzz of recruitment and is happy that this is the career for him!

Outside of work, Mal enjoys a pint and a good glass of whiskey. He plays any sport with a racquet and watches basically everything else. He tries his best to attend a lot of live gigs and is a big music and film fan.
