** Temp receptionist - until end of November **
Liverpool L2
Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
£11.50p/h - paid weekly
Job purpose;
To provide full reception support to the work place services team, ensuring the smooth operation of all services provided at the site. Services include security, cleaning, health & safety, maintenance and office services ( photocopying, mail, stationary, etc) Facilities provide support within the company to assist with the delivery of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initial point of contact for the site
- Issuing of temporary building passes
- Booking conference room facilities, equipment, ordering catering as and when required
- Receiving incoming visitors and informing recipient
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post as required
- Dealing with couriers incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Carry out duties of floor Marshall when required
Carry out first aider duties when required
- Conduct site inductions for new members of staff when required
- Assist with help desk management
- Amend ID cards for existing staff when required
- Other tasks as instructed by the work place service manager
Experience & Skills required
- Good communication skills
- A good team member with building skills
- Discretion
- Sound understanding of standard business applications , i.e. PowerPoint , Word, Excel, Outlook, and internal systems
- Great organisational skills
- Able to multi task and prioritise effectively whilst working within a team environment
- Able to work to deadlines
- Able to take on other colleagues work in addition to own responsibilities when necessary
- Knowledge & experience with room booking system's
The ability to work unsupervised, to timescales and under pressure
