With just over 2 weeks to go, we’ve hit our first milestone for the 2022 toy appeal!

A massive thank you to everyone who has donated to our toy appeal this year, the difference your donations will make to children can’t be stressed enough.

We understand how important it is for children to have presents at Christmas; for some, it can spark a passion, a hobby or a career. For others, it can help them make friends at school.

For all of them, it will put a smile on their face, and that’s enough for us.

We’re still a long way off from our goal of £7500. If you haven’t already, please get your donations in ASAP! This gives us the time to buy presents and donate them!

What was your first Christmas Present?

As part of this year’s Christmas toy appeal, we’ve spoken to our wonderful community about the first Christmas present they remember getting

The responses have been nothing short of heart warming; to hear the joy in their voices as they think back to how much even the smallest present meant to them as a child is incredible

It’s never about how much the present cost or how flashy it was, it’s about getting something, anything, that sparks the joy I hope we have all experience as a child

This is what our Christmas toy appeal is about; giving a child the first Christmas present they’ll remember forever.

🍾 FIRST DEALS! 🍾

Our Life Sciences team went from strength to strength last week and Conrad and Claude both put through their first deals!

An incredible start to life at MRL for both these gents, putting through their first deal after only a couple of months here!

The Christmas toy appeal 2022 is live!

We know that, for most, talking about Christmas in October is off the cards, but we're running our Christmas toy appeal again this year, and we need as much time as possible to reach our goal

We all remember the first christmas present we went crazy for, and how important it is to feel that magic as a child. Your donations will give this feeling to Children in our community.

Last year, with the help of our amazing community, we raised over £5,600 which we matched, raising a total of £11,200 to buy over 500 presents for children last Christmas

This year, after the cost of living crisis has made it even harder for so many families and children, we're looking to raise £7,500, which we will match to provide 750 toys to children In need

Throughout the next two months, we'll be sharing stories from those who helped us last year and celebrating everyone who donates to help children this Christmas

For now, we want to say a thank you to everyone who got involved last year, who shared and donated, you literally saved christmas for countless children.

10 Years of MRL!

Today marks our very own Guillaume Alméras 10th anniversary at MRL, an incredible recruiter, friend and colleague!

Guillaume’s loyalty, hard work, team spirit and friendship have never wavered and we're extremely grateful to have had him as part of our company for a decade.

The work that Guillaume does from our office in the South of France has earned him the respect and admiration from all of the clients and candidates he’s spent so long working with.

He has been instrumental in making the team what it is today, always going the extra mile to help hire, support & train younger colleagues, playing an essential part in team events, and being Jean-Baptiste Noree’s right hand in the day-to-day management of the office.

Guillaume has grafted through 3 recessions, showing outstanding ability at both business development and delivery. He’s always come on top and over-performed even during the toughest of times; a living proof that determination and hard work always pay off in the end.

Thank you for devoting so much of your time to us, Guillaume, it’s an honour to have you with us for such a huge chunk of our lives, and we can’t wait to see what the next decade brings!
