Who knew rowing was so hard? ๐Ÿšฃโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ’ฆ

Our boss Rachael escaped to Seville last weekend โœˆ๏ธ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡ธโ˜€๏ธ with her NCT friends, a friendship that's been going strong for nearly 18 years ๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿ‘ฏโ€โ™€๏ธ

By all accounts they had the best time and tried all kinds of adventures ๐Ÿท๐Ÿ’ƒ๐ŸŒž Some photos made it back to the officeโ€ฆ and some definitely didn't ๐Ÿ™ˆ๐Ÿ˜‚

This one did ๐Ÿ“ธ See if you can guess where it is ๐Ÿ‘€ Look closely and you'll catch Rachael gritting her teeth ๐Ÿ˜ฌ Turns out rowing isn't her strongest skill ๐Ÿ›ถ and they spent most of the time going round in circles ๐Ÿ”„๐Ÿคฃ

Don't worry, she's back at her desk now ๐Ÿ’ปโ˜• steering recruiters towards their next moveโ€ฆ in a much straighter line! โžก๏ธ๐Ÿ˜‰

Welcome back Rachael, we hope the arms have recovered ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ˜‚

We're hiring a Person Friday ๐Ÿ™Œ

We're a small but very successful recruitment company based in Horsham town centre, and we're looking for an extra pair of hands to keep everything running behind the scenes.

To be clear, this is an admin-based role, not a recruitment role.
But if you're thinking about a future career in recruitment, this would be a brilliant way in.

What the job looks like:

๐Ÿ“‹ Mapping out companies and finding the right decision makers

๐Ÿ”Ž Resourcing candidates from our tools, following clear instruction, and adding good people to the database

๐Ÿ’ป Keeping the database tidy and making sure everything is coded up exactly right

๐Ÿ“ฃ Posting adverts on our website and LinkedIn

๐Ÿ“ฑ Posting on our company social media

๐Ÿ—‚ Lots of varied jobs supporting busy consultants

Who suits it?

โ€ข Someone switched on and resourceful, with real attention to detail.

โ€ข Familiarity with MS Office is essential.

โ€ข This is a junior role, but it's for the kind of junior who figures things out.

โ€ข You'll need to be local to Horsham.
It's not a remote role, though once you know what you're doing we're happy for it to go hybrid.

โ€ข Part time or full time, we're open.

โ€ข This could even suit someone at college one/ two days a week. Honestly, it's all about the right person.

Sound like you or someone you know?

Drop us an email ๐Ÿ“ง

First stage interview will be a phone call.

In the first instance please send a short cover letter to [email protected] โ€“ be as creative as you like! ๐Ÿ˜Š
