Contact Centre Agent – Customer Service
Location: Redhill
Salary £19k + Exc Bens
Fantastic opportunity to progress your career with this Financial Client who invest in their staff and identify talent for future opportunities. You will receive an initial two weeks of training on their bespoke systems, products and will be supported during this time.
Personal Characteristics
• Excellent Customer Service manner
• Communicate effectively by letter, email and telephone
• Exceptional listening skills
• Flexible attitude, ability to prioritise & multi-task
• Worked in a contact centre or high call volume environment previously
Responsibilities
• Deal with all incoming communication, resolve within Company Policy and Guidelines, where possible
• Liaise with customers, team members and inter-company departments demonstrating a positive, helpful attitude
• Flexibility to work well independently, as a team member (20 in team) and in accordance with Line Manager’s requests
Qualifications
• 5 x GCSEs ‘A-C’ levels (inc Maths & English)
• Computer Literate
Work Requirements
• Mon-Fri 0900am to 5.00pm
• REQUIRED to work 1: 4 weekends (rota’d basis)
