Clarity are recruiting once again for our client in Camberley. We’re hiring an Accounts Assistant with knowledge of the following accounting packages, Xero, Quickbooks, Sage L50 and IRIS

Ideal candidate will have :

• Good level of practical experience gained in an accounting practice

• Proficient in the preparation of statutory and annual accounts from records supplied by the client

• Basic double entry and accounts preparation

Main Duties:

• Preparation of statutory and annual accounts from records supplied by the clients

• Ensure the year end files are complete with back up schedules to support balance sheet figures

• Prepare draft business tax computations

• Understanding of key control account postings and reconciliations/treatments around income, fixed assets, payroll, accruals and prepayments.

Salary is £30-36K dependent on experience. Interviews for suitable candidates will be arranged this week.

Clarity are working once again with a well-established and growing manufacturing business in Bordon to recruit a Sales Support Administrator to join their office-based team.

The Role
You will play a key role in supporting the business by reviewing client orders and providing accurate quotes for manufactured products

This is a detail-driven role suited to someone with strong numeracy skills and the ability to understand measurements. A keen eye for detail is a must! A background is administrative support essential.

Key Responsibilities
• Preparing accurate cost estimates and quotations as per client requirements
• Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and email for both existing and new customers
• Liaising with internal teams and suppliers to meet customer requirements
• Providing excellent customer service throughout the enquiry process
• Supporting the wider team to ensure smooth operational delivery

About You

• A keen and accurate eye for numbers and confidence working with measurements (essential)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good IT skills, particularly Excel
• Ability to manage workload and prioritise effectively
• Strong administrative skills and previous experience within a professional office environment.

Desirable:
• Any experience within a manufacturing/production environment would be advantageous
• Familiarity with SAP Business One or similar also advantageous but not essential

New Vacancy - Traffic Management Officer - Farnborough £38-42k

We are pleased to be supporting our client based in Farnborough as they seek to recruit an experienced Traffic Management Officer to join the team on a permanent basis. Providing services that cover all aspects of groundworks, civils, drainage, building maintenance and Traffic Management across Surrey, Hampshire & Berkshire.
This is a permanent, full-time position offering a salary in the region of £38,000–£42,000, depending on experience. In addition, there is a performance-related bonus scheme available.
The role requires daily travel to Farnborough, and a company vehicle is provided as part of the package.
About You:
• You must have a full, clean UK driving license.
• Have Traffic Management Experience and site experience.
• Traffic Order Management: ideally circa 5years experience
• Qualifications/Registrations Required: NRSWA – Operative/Supervisor & Lantra 12D M1-M2/12D MJ
• Be confident in working in a standalone role and as part of the team, be able to organise your time efficiently and complete jobs within specified time frames.

Duties Include:
• Draft and process permits, TMO’s, TTRO’s, notices, and all matters relating to planning, highways, parking, car parks, and traffic regulations
• Draft and manage emergency and temporary traffic orders, including estimating and recording associated costs
• Liaise with finance to issue invoices and ensure client payments are received
• Maintain and update progress reports for all notices and orders in process
• Handle queries and complaints efficiently
• Manage and oversee new enquiries from initial contact through to action
• Price all traffic management (TM) requirements accurately
• Attend meetings with clients, councils, and highways authorities as required
• Oversee and manage live TM projects
• Use Joblogic and other systems to support and deliver role responsibilities
• Coordinate internally regarding project start dates and scheduling
• Generate new business through emails, calls, and site meetings
• Conduct stock checks and source new suppliers
• Ensure equipment and vehicle checks are completed and compliant
• Prepare and manage site RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements)
• Manage operatives, including onboarding, checks, and PPE compliance
• Oversee the day-to-day smooth running of all traffic management operations
