⚠️ EXPLETIVES 💥 Today is a sad day. My friend has decided to come off Instagram (for a while, or forever) due to the bitter & vile trolling of her & her family at the hands of anonymous individuals hiding behind fake pseudonyms on Tattle.
It’s been going on for a while & it’s horrendous. A short while ago, when Tiffany went on to the site to defend herself, she got the verbal equivalent of hissing, booing & rotten tomato throwing.
Looking at comments online tonight, someone incredibly said, ‘But I think Tiffany is easy to dislike’. And I’m like, ‘WTAF, WHY?! Is it because she is hard working, successful, fit, beautiful, driven, family-oriented & fiercely loyal?’ Turns out their excuse was that she is ‘privileged’? Seriously? Wise up! Would you shame someone for being born into poverty? No. So why do you think it’s ok to shame someone who is born into a family that has achieved success through hard work? And who have instilled a hard-working ethos into her?
And there are those whose excuse will be that she said the wrong thing. Again I say, WISE UP! Have you never erred? And those who’ll criticise her for using her platform to promote things, but the same critics love the Kardashians. Go figure.
I went on Tattle back in Jan when my name was unjustifiably dragged through some pretty sh*tty mud & after spending an hour reading every (mostly misinformed & untrue) comments about myself, I flipped a switch & decided I would never login again. I’m pleased to say I haven’t & wont.
One thing I learnt then was that people were afraid to stand up to the trolls, for fear of being slated themselves.
Well I say F**K THAT S**T. If you’re one of those bitter Tattle people, please, honestly, F*CK OFF away from me. I don’t want your negative energy round here. Even if you’re one of those who go onto that vile site ‘just to observe’ and not to comment, you’re just as bad as the trolls. And I know some of you. SHAME ON YOU! If you witness bullying, but don’t call it out, believe me, you’re on the side of the bully. Your presence feeds the trolls. So you can f*ck off too.
I’m sure this post will bring me some hate, but you know what? IDGAF. Bring it on✌
