Multi Traders Needed - East London

Location: Bethnal Green, Hackney & Surrounding (within a 10-mile radius)
Salary: Hourly rate for 12 weeks, then £44,000 permanent salary
Contract: Temp to Perm
Start Date: Immediate
We're looking for experienced Multi-Traders to join a busy social housing maintenance team covering Bethnal Green, Mile End, Hackney and surrounding areas.

The Role

Day-to-day repairs and maintenance in occupied social housing properties
Carrying out a range of multi-trade works
Working locally within a 10-mile radius
Providing excellent customer service in residents' homes

Hours
Monday to Friday
8:00am - 5:00pm
Overtime available after probation

What's on Offer?
Competitive hourly rate for the first 12 weeks
£42,000-£44,000 salary after successful temp period
Company van and fuel card provided
Local work with minimal travel

Requirements
Minimum 5 years' Multi-Trade experience
Full UK driving licence (up to 6 points accepted)
Clean DBS
Strong domestic repairs and maintenance experience
Good communication and customer service skills

PLUMBERS NEEDED – NORTH OR WEST LONDON
R9 Recruitment are looking for reliable, hands‑on plumbers to join a national heating contractor working in private housing.

REFERRAL BONUS
Know a plumber who’s looking? If we successfully place them, you will receive £100.

What you’ll be doing:
• Fixing leaks, taps, toilets, showers, waste pipes and heating components
• Updating jobs through a simple field app
• Using a company van (or your own, depending on the option you choose)
• Keeping work tidy, safe and customer‑friendly

Choose how you want to work:

Option 1 – Contractor
• £210+ per day
• Must have your own van
• Weekly pay (1 week in hand)

Option 2 – Direct Employment
