💚 World Mental Health Day at Toad Hall Nursery 💚

Last Friday, our nurseries took time to celebrate World Mental Health Day, recognising the importance of looking after our teams’ wellbeing and making everyone feel valued, supported and appreciated.

From thoughtful gifts, kind words and personalised messages to wellbeing catch-ups over coffee, extra breaks and sweet treats, our teams found meaningful ways to check in with one another and spread a little kindness. ☕️💌🍰

At Toad Hall, we know that supporting our teams’ wellbeing is just as important as the care and support they give to our children every day. 💚

🐸Happy National Early Years SENCO Day! 🌈

Today, we’re celebrating our incredible SENCOs across our settings, alongside Chelsea, our Inclusion & Compliance Specialist. ⭐

Our commitment to inclusion is rooted in the belief that every child deserves the very best start in life. Our SENCOs play a vital role in this – supporting personalised planning and inclusive practice, while working closely with children, families and external professionals.

Through their knowledge, dedication and child-centred approach, they help create nurturing environments where every child feels safe, valued and supported to thrive.

We’re so grateful for everything they do to champion every child’s individual strengths, interests and needs, and to support our teams in creating experiences where everyone can flourish.💚
