With over 10 years of experience as a nursery chef, and nearly 3 years as part of the Toad Hall family, Dave is passionate about creating healthy, nutritious meals that bring big smiles to little faces 😊

For Dave, food is about so much more than mealtimes — it’s about helping children build healthy habits, explore new tastes, and even have a little fun along the way 🍎🥕🍽️

As our new Head Chef, he’s excited to help shape the future of food across our nurseries and continue keeping our little people happy, healthy, and smiling 💚

And a fun fact about Dave? His dad jokes are apparently Premier League standard… we’ll let you be the judge of that! 😄⚽

Emma has been part of the Toad Hall family since January 2009, starting as a Level 2 Practitioner before completing her Level 3 qualification in Childcare and progressing to Nursery Manager at Ottershaw Nursery - A Toad Hall Day Nursery in Ottershaw. 🐸

Passionate about early years education, Emma is a hands-on manager who loves building strong relationships with children and families to ensure every child feels happy, supported, and valued. She is dedicated to creating a warm, nurturing environment where children can thrive and receive the very best start in life.

Congratulations to Toad Hall Nursery Crawley n a fantastic first Ofsted inspection! 🎉

As well as receiving a ‘Strong’ for Children’s Welfare and Wellbeing, the inspector also highlighted what it’s like to be part of the team at the setting — commenting that “leaders value their staff” and “ensure staff receive regular supervision sessions and support their continued professional development.”

The team also shared their “genuine love for their roles” and said they feel “leaders are approachable, inclusive and supportive.”🥰

We’re incredibly proud of the warm, positive culture our team has created for both children and colleagues.🐸⭐
