Teamwork makes the dream work! 💚

At this month's staff meeting at The Willows Nursery - A Toad Hall Day Nursery in Winnersh, Wokingham, our team took on a fun team-building challenge – working together to lower a wooden pole to the floor using just two fingers each, without letting it drop!

It might sound simple, but it took plenty of communication, patience and teamwork to succeed. 🤝

Activities like these are a great reminder that ongoing training isn't just about learning new skills – it's also about strengthening the way we work together every day.

A strong team creates the very best environment for the children in our care. 💚
