All Hours Recruitment are looking a Senior AM Supervisor.
This is a full-time position.
Working for an established Parcel Company based in Leicester who are currently expanding at an excellent rate with over 45 employees and growing.
The ideal candidate should have a proven history in managing and planning drivers in a fast-paced environment and experience of effectively running a successful function.
You will be planning in the morning and in the afternoon, you will be dealing with returns and claims and will deal directly with customers.
We are looking for a team player with a strong personality.
The individual will be responsible for the logistics operations for providing excellent standards of service, efficiency, and performance.
You will be planning 30+ Drivers, you will be hands on and be prepared for all eventualities and make sure the vehicles are on schedule.
You will have excellent Administration skills as you will be dealing and checking paperwork.
Your working week will be Monday to Friday 06:00 – 15:00 with overtime and Bonuses available.

Based on 42.5 Hours per week.

Duties and responsibilities:
Responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the Transport department.
Efficiently managing a team of Drivers, ensuring orders are correct and on time, providing top quality customer service.
Processing returns and claims.
Responsibility for all goods in/out
Ensuring company compliance of all Transport policies.
Managing, monitoring, and developing a team of Drivers.
Involvement in strategic development and improvements
Ensuring housekeeping is well maintained including excellent external presentation of our branch.
Maintain accurate administrative records.
Providing excellent standards of service, efficiency, and performance.
Experience and Skills:
Previous planning/management experience, with a proven history of managing a fast-paced environment is essential.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Strong people management skills
Experience within the logistics is essential.
