** Temporary Accounts Clerk Wanted**

Working for a well established Architectural Design Company based in Manchester

24 Hours of work per week

Rate of pay £12ph

Duties Include:

Preparing Purchase invoices
Inputting invoices into exchequer
Preparing spreadsheets for standing orders, purchase ledger and receipts per month
Inputting nominals for standing orders
Inputting nominals for end of month/prepayments/accruals
Checking all the pre postings for the month
Bank reconciliation monthly
Emailing customers (credit control)
Staff and directors expenses code into exchequer
Preparing payment sheets then loading and saving onto union square (our database)
Updating spreadsheets on union square (Riba, petrol etc)
Emailing customer/suppliers if required
Emailing other staff/directors queries
Timesheets (chasing up and inputting into exchequer)

Our client is looking for a number of Mis Sold pension Agents over the age of 25 for their expanding company. Full training will be provided. You will be the first point of contact for the customer dealing with their pensions queries.

You will be dialling web leads so no cold-calling.

Minimum 6 months experience within the Mis Sold or PPI industry required.
Be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to objection handle and remain calm in a busy environment.
Willing to work individually and part of a team
Answer questions about products or the company
Work towards targets and KPIs

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
