The Next Step is a recruitment agency providing veterans and service leavers with jobs tailored, via an app, to their skillset.

Our vision is to create transition programmes for veterans that will ensure they gain valuable employment in a growth industry. By doing so, creating a veterans ecosystem that supports its members physically, mentally and socially.

Pilgrim Bandits Charity have been busy-
We are planning our annual overseas trip with 20 participants including injured military and blue light veterans- and their helpers. All of the participants will raise funds for the charity , therefore showing their commitment to the charity and its future beneficiaries. This year, we have completed a Ski trip, Army vs Navy Rugby, many events , provided career courses for veterans, placed veterans into meaningful employment, provided holidays for the community, provided Easter eggs and hampers for disadvantaged members of the community, we are helping a young 17 yr old who has recently lost a leg in an RTC , giving her personal training, rehabilitation and counselling and to top it we've just put upto 120 people through an abseil of a lifetime off of the home of Rugby, Allianz stadium Twickenham.

If you want to undertake a Close Protection course , there is only one course that will teach you the skills that have been adapted by UKSF operators and RaSP officers. The Next Step CP course is ELCAS accredited for our service leavers and we welcome all backgrounds, not just military and police. The course is run by former SAS instructors and will not only give you the very best training but will also introduce you to the company's that will employ you, ensuring you get a foot in the door in this competitive industry.
Our next course starts on 15th June - 02nd July and is run out of Hereford. Accommodation can be arranged and you will also gain your weapons competency certification and your FREC3.

When moving up through your chosen field , and in this case Close Protection, it is paramount you attend the best course on the market and you want to ensure you are consistent in work and the quality of work you undertake is fitting for the skills you have gained.
On our course we teach you the relevant skillsets which have been gained through years of experience in the United Kingdom Special Forces, Royal and Specialist ( dip) Protection , and through high end hostile protection in many different parts of the world.

It is not just a CP course, we will teach you the medical skills required to save life in hostile environments and give you the required weapon competency certification needed for employment in overseas CP and maritime security contracts, and teach you the planning and procedures to run CP tasks.
Our CP course is modularised to ensure it’s cost effective, letting you choose which qualifications you need and when.
