15 Community Support Workers required to work within the Hereford and surrounding areas.
This is an Excellent Position and Excellent Rates of Pay !!
Guaranteed (37.5 hours per week Full -Time) Optional Overtime may be available.
• £13.00 per hour - Monday – Friday
• £15.00 per hour - Alternative (Weekends)
FULL TIME / TEMP - PERMANENT

07:00 - 14:00 Week 1 (4-8 visits)
14:00 - 22:00 Week 2 (4-8 visits)
07:00 - 14:00 Week 3 (4-8 visits)
14:00 - 22:00 Week 4 (4-8 visits)
This service is to support people over the age of 18 for a short period of Home support.
This could be assisting with a fall or crisis at home, temporary illness or permanent disability
You will help people regain skills and confidence in completing everyday tasks and activities such as making meals, washing and dressing, helping avoid unnecessary admission to hospital or long term residential care or simply just helping people in the community get back on their feet after a stay in hospital.

Key responsibilities will include:
-Ensuring the factory is cleaned to the required standards as laid down by the Companies Cleaning Instruction Cards
-Cleaning all machinery ready for production start-up with the use of chemicals and jet washers
-Wiping down all equipment after the full clean to ensure no residues are present
-Comply fully with cleaning standards set by the department and adhere to cleaning times to ensure that production can start on time

-Setting up machines at the beginning of the shift to ensure proper working order.
-Perform testing procedures to ensure that machines work optimally during the production procedures.
-Maintaining machines before and after each shift.
-Monitoring machines during every procedure to ensure optimum running.
-Troubleshooting problems during machine operation.
