About the Role
• Sourcing & interviewing candidates
• Offer a good quality service to clients by matching the best candidate for the job
• Sell recruitment business solutions over the telephone and face to face
• Build client relationships and account manage clients. Ensure that candidates and clients receive a professional and comprehensive recruitment service at all times.
Key Experience/Skills Required
• Ideally you will have at least 2 years recruitment experience
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Customer focussed approach.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and work on own initiative to prioritize workload.
• Determined and motivated to achieve targets and objectives.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
