I’m very happy to announce a new partnership between
SME Graduate Employment and The Kevin Campbell Foundation

A donation will be given each time I place someone in a job, and I will also be taking up a voluntary position providing employability related help and advice for young people.

The foundation aims to advance the lives of children and young people by providing or funding support and activities that develop their skills, capacities, and capabilities to empower and enable them to realise their full potential.

Graduates may not always consider a career in sales / business development. But if money is a key motivator for you then it could be ideal: it's one of the few jobs where you can be in direct control of how much you earn. And 6 figure earnings are expected in this job.

It's a professional role; you'll be working for a consultancy that helps other businesses to improve in various areas

So how do you know you'll be good at it if you've never done it? There can be some indicators: maybe you set up and promoted your own club night at university; or played sport to a decent level; or organised an event to raise money for charity. Perhaps you worked in retail or hospitality, and did well in upselling store cards or food items. There are many possibilities.
