We're hiring - Invoicing & Credit Control Administrator 📊

MSB Group Mechanical & Electrical is looking for an organised, reliable and self-motivated person to join our accounts team in Helston, full-time and permanent, starting January 2027.

You'll prepare and issue customer invoices, keep on top of outstanding payments, deal with invoice and payment queries, and support our credit control and cash flow, reporting weekly to our Finance Manager.

We're looking for:
✔ Experience in invoicing, accounts admin or credit control
✔ Strong attention to detail and good organisation
✔ Confidence chasing payments by phone and email
✔ Good Excel and Outlook skills

What we offer:

💷 £26,325 - £35,000 per annum, negotiable dependent on experience

🕘 37.5 hours per week, full-time and permanent

Welcome to the Team, Kegan!

We’re delighted to welcome Kegan McPhilbin to the team as our new Heating Engineer Apprentice.

Kegan will be working towards becoming a Service & Breakdown Engineer, gaining valuable hands-on experience and developing his skills as he progresses through his apprenticeship.

As a business, we believe it’s important to invest in and train the next generation of heating engineers. Bringing new talent into the industry is vital to ensuring we continue to have skilled, knowledgeable engineers for the future, while giving young people the opportunity to build a rewarding career in the heating industry.

Kegan will be supported by our experienced team throughout his training, learning the practical skills and knowledge needed to progress within the trade.
