What has AI actually changed for our team?

We don't just deliver the Level 3 Digital Support Technician apprenticeship with an AI pathway. Our own people have completed it too.

So we asked three of them, from recruitment, marketing and client relationships, what's different now.

Faye saves around two hours on candidate sourcing with an AI agent.
Jasmine saves around 8 hours a week, getting first drafts down faster and picking up new tools quicker.
Steven saves 30 minutes a day, and spends it having more meaningful conversations with employers.

And it hasn't stopped with them. Colleagues across the business are now coming to them for help with AI.

We’re hiring a Digital & AI Apprenticeship Trainer to join our growing Apprenticeship team.

You’ll deliver our Level 3 and Level 4 AI and automation apprenticeships and help learners and employers put Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio to work in the real world. It’s practical, hands-on teaching that makes a real difference to how businesses across the region work.
