I am looking for a kind, reliable and non-judgemental Personal Assistant to support me with day-to-day living. Flexibility is important as my health can vary, and I need help with attending appointments, shopping, medication prompts, and occasionally personal care when my symptoms are more severe. My goal is to remain as independent as possible, although this can be challenging at times. I enjoy reading and canvas painting when I am well enough, and I would love to find someone who is patient, compassionate and willing to build a trusting working relationship. I am open to having more than one PA and will be as flexible as possible around availability, but initially I would like to follow my care plan to ensure I feel comfortable, supported and understood.

Duties may include cleaning and household management through a rota system, support with food preparation and cooking, light personal care such as nail trimming, hair care, and bed changing, as well as assistance with online shopping and computer use. I may also need support attending hospital appointments, accessing my garden and allotment, and occasional help with mobility, memory issues, falls, and meal preparation. Some days may involve little interaction, while on others I may require more hands-on support, so patience, flexibility, and understanding are essential.
