It was a pleasure to support St John's School & College in Brighton when they were seeking a HR Volunteer to join their team.

This was a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career within HR.

Emma Henty approached the School and asked if we could assist in any way as she knew she would have some candidates registered with us that would jump at the chance.

There was no fee involved as she just wanted to see one of her candidates secure their first HR role to kick start their HR career. As a specialist HR agency we can't always help candidates looking to move into HR without any HR experience.

The candidate and client is over the moon and it is a great feeling to know that Emma has helped with this Volunteer HR placement. Hopefully this will bring bigger and better experience for her candidate for the future. Liz Dollin, MCIPD

As a specialist HR agency we want to help candidates in any way that we can to gain HR experience. We are helping St John's School & College who are seeking someone looking to go into HR or Recruitment who wants to get some experience. This will be helping with generalist HR and administration tasks.

There is no charge for this as we would take great pleasure in seeing someone gain the exposure that they need to kick start their HR career.

St John’s is a specialist school and college offering high quality education and care for young people aged 7-25 with a wide range of special educational needs. They are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are positive about learning disabilities to join our team.

The HR department is busy, dynamic and well integrated into the organisation. You do not have to have any previous experience in administration, although this role will ideally suit somebody who has IT skills and confidence on the phone.

They are looking for someone to assist 1 day a week. This is available on Part-time, Temporary, Volunteer, Permanent basis.

Exciting Times ahead at Kelta HR!!!!!!!!

Very busy few months at Kelta HR as we welcomed old colleagues back, and said goodbye to Kelly Jones. Kelly Jones was one of the original founders of Kelta HR alongside Frances Talijan. Kelly has decided she wants to explore the world outside of recruitment after 21 years in the sector. She got off to a really adventurous start, going on a tour of North India.

All the team at Kelta HR wish her well for the future as she explores new horizons. Frances Talijan, and her experienced team, remain committed and engaged to continue to deliver the excellent HR recruitment service that our candidates and clients have come to expect. Already we are in the midst of arranging a long overdue complimentary Employment Law Seminar which will be held in May, delivered by Coffin Mew.
