We are currently recruiting for Temporary Customer Advisors for our client’s Care Team based in Ripon!
These will be full time positions Monday – Friday working 8am – 6pm/8.30am – 6.30pm. The roles will be on an ongoing basis, you will be based onsite in Ripon.
The role will involve:
• Answering calls and booking appointments
• Updating the CRM and diaries with appointments
• Taking messages for the wider team
• General Administration
For this role, you will have some previous office-based experience, ideally in a telephony environment. You will be confident communicating with internal and external parties. You need excellent attention to detail when processing the bookings.
The hourly rate will be £12.50/hour with immediate starts available!
Own car would be beneficial due to the location, it is approx. 20 minute walk from Ripon centre.

We are recruiting for a Temp HR Administrator to join our Harrogate based client on a full time basis, the role will be an ongoing basis and could last up to 6 months.

You will be working as part of a fast paced HR team to support with HR and recruitment related tasks.

Day to day job duties:
