Established thirty years ago, we are a small, relaxed and successful, Harrogate based, Legal recruitment specialist.
The Role
This is a sales/negotiators role, but no previous similar sales experience is required, as you will receive a comprehensive training. This training will result in you being an expert professional recruiter who is confident in the following tasks -
Negotiating and selling our service to clients
Obtaining detailed job descriptions from clients
Head hunting candidates via Linkedin and other sources
Interviewing candidates to assess their suitability for specific vacancies
Negotiating salary packages with candidates and clients
Regular market research, utilising; Linkedin, Trade Magazines etc
About You
Your work experience doesn't matter as a full training program is provided. However, we would particularly welcome applications from -
Mothers who are currently working or looking to go back to work again on a part time basis.
Candidates with sales/telesales experience
Recruiters
Candidates with an outstanding persuasive telephone manner
You must be articulate, very smart in appearance, and have an exceptionally professional and persuasive manner about you. You must also live in or close to Harrogate.
The Benefits
This is a golden opportunity to work part-time, but with the realistic ability to earn a substantial full time salary.
The full time basic salary is between £16,000 and £25,000 and you will be earning the part time equivalent of this figure. Crucially though, because of our generous monthly paid bonus/commission scheme you can realistically expect to actually take home £40,000 + pa
