2. Prepare real life examples

I recommend preparing examples that showcase achievements and key strengths. Using the STAR method can help candidates structure their answers effectively.

3. Be yourself and honest

Employers value honesty. Be transparent about your experience and development areas rather than overstating your capabilities.

4. First impressions matter
