We are growing, expanding and we are now looking to secure the talent, skills and experience of a Manufacturing Manager or Production Supervisor within the modular sector. Are you an experienced Supervisor who is ready to step up a level into management?

To oversee the safe and organised working environment within all areas of manufacturing. To ensure our products arebuilt, within timescales and inline with the overall manufacturing schedule and to the high standards expected and following our work instructions.

Working closely with all staff and our supply chain partners. To ensure tasks are completed in a timely and practical manner so they can work to meet its time and for the division to meet KPI'S and programme schedule.

Your responsibilities will be

To take responsibility for the manufacture of all modules to our high standards, in line with the programme and budgets.
Monitoring of works completed against manufacturing targets.
Daily meetings with manufacturing teams.
To ensure all process (quality and H&S) are followed.
Input into the management of logistics and developing efficiencies.
Responsibility for quality audits and checklists.
Recording all required weekly data for the business and monitoring any changes.
Proactive recording of NCRs and collaboration with the technical team to ensure reoccurring issues are dealt with.
To be involved with all innovative suggestions and changes to current processes.
To be involved with all technical, manufacturing and operational launches.
To assist sub assembly and M&E departments within the facility.
To be part of all recruitment, HR issues and Operatives needs.

So that's the responsibilities, now about you :



You will be able to communicate at all levels as you will be reporting directly to Directors, managers and operatives. Along with communication you must be able to work alongside our many differing trades in a cohesive manner to the good of our brand.

You will be very much a people person as we like our clients to tour and visit our site. So you will be doing the grand tour and extoling the wonderful virtues of our business.

This is a busy job. If you want a same old thing every day job. This isn't for you. If you like working in a successful, fast paced environment where you can actually make a difference then this is for you.

*Value Engineering and/or partial design works on tenders.
*Liaising with mechanical estimators to ensure fully compliant M&E quotation.
*Input take offs into estimating software and finalise quotation.

You will.-
*Have good technical knowledge pg mechanical installations on commerical and industrial projects.
*Be able to analyse and verify sub-contractors quotations.
*Develop cost estimates by analysing labour and materials needed to complete a project.
*Identify tender risk & opportunities; Practical, Commercial and Contractual
*Follow the submission of tenders, ensuring tenders are chased, and all relevant people are kept informed of the bid prospect
