We are looking for Enthusiastic, friendly, caring and reliable individuals to join our team with at least 6 months experience within health and social care setting. Have an up to date DBS; an up to date mandatory training certificate.
Main duties will include:
Supporting people with a range of complex needs.
Support service users in making informed choices.
Understand and maintain records e.g. care plans and risk assessments.
Support service users/clients to manage domestic and personal care.

A new and exciting position has developed with one of clients to provide reception and administrative cover in a traditional family run homecare service.

The person will be able to promote the company to potential customers in a pleasant, caring and professional manner.

Hours are 9.00 - 3.30 Monday to Friday and will be required to cover some weekend calls.

Responsibilities include:

To deal with telephone and face-to-face enquires promptly in a helpful, courteous and welcoming manner and must be aware of the need to maintain confidentiality regarding staff and service users at all times.

To ensure that the reception area creates a positive first-class impression, that it is tidy, welcoming and clean with up to date information available.

To perform clerical duties as required by the Manager.

To ensure all correspondence received is dealt with and receives prompt attention.

To ensure that the homes filing system is maintained accurately and promptly.

You must have a valid DBS certificate (but we can process on for you); personal care experience with an up to date moving and handling certificate (we will provide training as well). You must have a valid driving licence and have access to care as well as be available to work in the area.

Our client is looking for experienced ABA support workers; our client supports customers with Autism and complex needs. They focus on developing life skills and independence through the use ABA and PBS so previous experience of supporting clients is essential. Some training will be provided.
You must have an up to date enhanced DBS and training certificate, driving licence is desirable.
