Our client based in Tetbury, Gloucestershire is looking for a highly motivated individual to join their team as a Field Technician.
In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing equipment at customer sites. Your skills and expertise will play a key part in ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

๐บDeliver and install equipment at customer sites, ensuring high standards and customer satisfaction.
๐บProvide training and support to customer staff on routine maintenance of equipment.
๐บPerform scheduled and ad hoc maintenance and repairs, adhering to business specifications and customer expectations.
๐บPlan and prioritise daily workload and journey routes efficiently, with scheduling support from administrators.
๐บBuild strong relationships with customers, acting as a brand ambassador for the business.
๐บComplete job sheets accurately and on time for prompt invoicing and record-keeping.
๐บMaintain van stock levels, tools, and carry out regular stock checks.
๐บEnsure van and tools are well-maintained for optimal service performance.
๐๐ป๐ผ๐๐น๐ฒ๐ฑ๐ด๐ฒ & ๐ฆ๐ธ๐ถ๐น๐น๐:
โ๏ธSkilled in troubleshooting and explaining technical issues clearly to customers, with quick decision-making under pressure.
โ๏ธMaintenance and repair of equipment, preferably gym or bikes, with experience in customer-facing roles providing high-quality service.
โ๏ธExperienced in managing on-the-road roles, planning workload and journeys, adaptable to changing situations.
โ๏ธFull driving license, comfortable with long-distance travel, and able to stay overnight when needed.
