Is care new to you? If so, we do offer a training program which will give you the insight to start you off in the care industry. From there the possibilities are endless. It will give you life skills you can transfer across any job role you may find yourself in the future.
You will be responsible for supporting individuals to eat and drink, using equipment, such as hoist’s, with minimal supervision & deliver care as instructed within individual personal care plans. You will also be providing personal care those who need it.

Your role as a support worker is to support vulnerable adults with the day to day challenges that they may face.
This can be you making a difference by ways of enabling the individual to communicate, supporting in the community, financial budgeting, personal care and any other means of support.
You will be responsible in playing key part in the development areas of the individual person’s well-being, by promoting confidence & independence and support with the persons designated daily appointed care plans.
Support workers will undergo full training, whether it be in a local training centre or to update any previous training on our online training academy, in which you receive certificates.
