🚀 We’re recruiting an Associate Director of Estates Technical Compliance (NHS Band 8c) at Gloucestershire Hospitals.

Are you an experienced Estates professional ready to take a strategic lead in governance, compliance and assurance? This is an exciting opportunity to join Gloucestershire Hospitals and play a key role in ensuring our complex estate remains safe, compliant and fit for the future.

Provide expert leadership, independent challenge and assurance across Estates and Facilities, working closely with senior leaders, governance committees and providers.

You’ll be responsible for:
🔹 Leading Estates governance, statutory compliance and assurance
🔹 Providing clear and timely assurance on safety, risk and compliance
🔹 Overseeing performance across a complex provider landscape
🔹 Ensuring compliance
🔹 Driving continuous improvement in Estates assurance and governance maturity
🔹 Helping safeguard our patients, staff and visitors

This is a role with genuine strategic influence. Shaping how we manage risk, assure compliance and continuously improve our Estates services. If you’re an established Estates leader with strong technical compliance, governance and assurance expertise, we’d love to hear from you.

Are you an experienced nurse looking to develop your career in a specialist cancer service? We're looking for a compassionate, motivated and enthusiastic Clinical Nurse Specialist (Band 6) to join our Neuro-Oncology team for 3 days a week.

Based within our specialist tertiary cancer centre, you'll support patients diagnosed with brain, spinal cord and peripheral nervous system tumours, providing expert care from diagnosis, through treatment, and beyond. As a key worker and patient advocate, you'll make a real difference by offering holistic support, education and guidance to patients and their families throughout their cancer journey.

➡️ We're keen to hear from nurses with experience in Neuro-Oncology, another cancer speciality as a CNS, or those with a background in Oncology or Neurology who are ready to develop into this rewarding specialist role. Join our supportive multidisciplinary team, expand your specialist knowledge, and play a vital role in delivering outstanding patient care.

In this rewarding role, you'll provide one-to-one support for some of our most vulnerable patients, helping them feel safe, settled and supported throughout their hospital stay.
