AS A HEALTH CARE ASSISTANT OR SUPPORT WORKER

Assisting Clients Eat , drink and wash
Moving and handling clients
Some hoist dependant on the home
Assisting the daily running of a care/nursing home

We are looking for caring individuals to support our clients in their own homes with an agency Dom position.
This role will be a mixture of Domiciliary and care work. You will be placed onto shifts to be a driver/carer for the service and at times where we do not have any Dom shifts available, you may need to do a care shift to ensure you have the correct hours you need per week.
Description requirements
Must be driver or have your own transport
supporting clients with activities for daily living

We have an excellent opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Healthcare team in the heart of Gloucester .

You will be working as part of a Experienced team, placing and coordinating temporary and permanent vacancies for healthcare staff .

Experience in recruitment is advantageous however full training will be given. Healthcare assistants /support workers with administration experience are invited to apply

Duties will include:

Pre-screening telephone interviews to potential candidates to determine suitability
Conducting interviews and Registering suitable candidates
Liaising with clients' and candidates
Booking candidates shifts
Negotiating with both clients and candidates
Maintaining old relationships and developing new one
Placing candidates for suitable shifts
Candidates will need to demonstrate:

Previous experience in administration
Experience as recruitment administrator is advantageous
An excellent communicator, able to multi task,
Sees any challenge as an opportunity for learning,
Have a positive attitude
Highly driven, ambitious, reliable, goal orientated
Strong networking and client development abilities
