City Site Solutions is seeking experienced scaffolders for ongoing price work across Aberdeen, Dundee, Perthshire, and Fife.
We have long-term opportunities available, primarily on two-storey housing projects, with immediate starts for the right candidates. A good 2 man squad can erect a house in 2 days.

Earnings
• Average erect price per house: £1,100
• Average dismantle price per house: £730
• Additional earnings available through hop-up moves

Payment Options
• CIS
• Limited Company

Who We're Looking For
• Established scaffolding squads
• Individual scaffolders willing to join an existing squad

Alternative Meterage Rates
For those who prefer working on a metreage basis:
• Two-storey housing: £3/m² erect, £2/m² dismantle
• 5m loading bay: £100
• 5m stair access: £100

Location: Cork
Duration: Up to 6 months
Hours: 50 to 55
Requirements:
• Valid Advanced Scaffolder certification
• Irish Safe Pass
• Manual Handling Certificate
• PPS Number (ESSENTIAL)
• Relevant site experience
• Own tools and PPE
• Strong understanding of health & safety regulations
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Rates (Lodge Included in Hourly Rate):
• Basic: €33.00
• OT1: €46.20
• OT2: €57.75

Carbon60 are currently looking for scaffolders in the following areas. Most sites running until April.

Northern Ireland 12 Hours and 12 days on 2 days off rotation , mixture of system and tube and fitting.

Fife 8 - 10 hrs potentially rising. Going into 6 day week soon at moment 5 days - various projects - a mixture of system and tube and fitting.

Grangemouth 8 to 10 hours and 6 days a week - mixture of both system and tube and fitting.

Edinburgh 12 Hours x 7 days . Mixture of both system and tube and fitting.

Dunbar 12 hours x 7 days. Mixture of system and tube and fitting.

PAYE Rates
Advanced Basic £20.00 OT1 £26.00 OT2 £36.00
Part 2 Basic £17.85 OT1 £23.85 OT2 £33.85

OT1 paid Mon to Fri after 1700 OT2 paid all hours Sat & Sun

Carbon60 require Advanced and Part 2 Scaffolders ideally with Ringlock experience for permanent starts on an EfW site in Birmingham.

These positions are books in with the client.

Payment is PAYE and paid monthly

Advanced £280 day rate plus holiday pay accrued
Part 2 £260 day rate plus holiday pay accrued

Lodge is available for travellers at £50 per day paid a week in arrears.

Current working hours are Mon to Fri 10 hours. Sat 6 hours and Sundays are available but not every week 5 hours weekends paid at full day rate.

D&A TEST CARRIED OUT DURING THE INDUCTION AND RANDOM TESTS WEEKLY.

Work is expected to run for a further year on this site with other work available after it in Liverpool and London.
