National Online Recruitment Awards The National Online Recruitment Awards were devised to recognise the very best in UK online recruitment, from the perspective of jobseekers themselves.

The NORA Academy is comprised of all winners and finalists throughout the past 24 years. The National Online Recruitment Academy is the organisation behind the NORAs, and RECex. The NORAs, established in 2001, are the definitive awards for online recruitment excellence from employers, recruitment agencies, job boards, and all other online recruitment services for jobseekers. RECex is a TED Talk fo

rmat recruitment conference event, where high profile recruiting practitioners share their experience of achieving excellence in talent acquisition, and the world of work. All talks are recorded, to be shared with the wider community. Nominations for the 17th annual NORAs will open 17th July 2017, and will remain open until 5:00 PM on Wednesday the 13th September. Any nominations received after that time will not be recorded. Any member of the public can nominate any site in any category via the form on this page, or using the One-Click-Nominate graphics on the websites of participating job boards, employers, recruitment agencies and publications. Nominated sites will then be considered carefully by our Shortlisting Judging Panel, to arrive at the list of this year’s Finalists. The Finalists for the 2017 National Online Recruitment Awards will be announced here on Wednesday 4th October. Our Winners will be revealed at our awards event, held on Wednesday 15th November, at Sway, Covent Garden, London.

In the 25 year project to continually advance excellence in online recruitment, and especially for jobseekers, we are unwaveringly indebted to those organisations that help to make the NORAs happen each year. In particular, my immense gratitude goes to SmartRecruiters for their continued faith in the NORAs.

In a recruitment landscape that is always in flux, it is the NORAs that helps to identify what good looks like, and to give inspiration to others in the field.

I want to pay tribute, and give huge thanks to those who will be acclaiming our Finalists, and presenting the NORA trophies to our winners next Thursday in London, on 13th Nov.
