The NORA Academy is comprised of all winners and finalists throughout the past 24 years. The National Online Recruitment Academy is the organisation behind the NORAs, and RECex. The NORAs, established in 2001, are the definitive awards for online recruitment excellence from employers, recruitment agencies, job boards, and all other online recruitment services for jobseekers. rmat recruitment conference event, where high profile recruiting practitioners share their experience of achieving excellence in talent acquisition, and the world of work. All talks are recorded, to be shared with the wider community. Nominations for the 17th annual NORAs will open 17th July 2017, and will remain open until 5:00 PM on Wednesday the 13th September. Any nominations received after that time will not be recorded. Any member of the public can nominate any site in any category via the form on this page, or using the One-Click-Nominate graphics on the websites of participating job boards, employers, recruitment agencies and publications. Nominated sites will then be considered carefully by our Shortlisting Judging Panel, to arrive at the list of this year’s Finalists. The Finalists for the 2017 National Online Recruitment Awards will be announced here on Wednesday 4th October. Our Winners will be revealed at our awards event, held on Wednesday 15th November, at Sway, Covent Garden, London.
