🔸 Strong assessment & case management skills

🔸 Confident managing a caseload independently

🔸 Great communication and engagement with vulnerable adults

🔸 Full UK driving licence + access to a vehicle

🔸 Existing PVG for adults preferred (or willingness to complete)

✔ Qualified Social Worker with MHO award

✔ Strong assessment & care‑planning skills

✔ SSSC registration (or willingness to obtain)
