A great achievement for the CDF programme winning the Chairperson’s award at this year’s Ayrshire Achieves Awards 🏆 We were thrilled to have previous Senior CDFs join us on the night to mark the success and celebrate the development of the programme since its inception in 2018.

So far we have had a great number of fellows sign up to our peer support training sessions - the first one was yesterday and was really well received! So much so we have secured another date for October - that’s one session a month since changeover 👌🏻

Not only is this great for personal development but obviously it is so so important to be able to support each other and these skills are invaluable for life and this type of career

This training is setting up our fellows well for when our well-being roles open up soon too - good luck to everyone going for them! ⭐️

Peer support training has been organised by our wellbeing team after the invaluable programme from last year. Open to all trainees and fellows who are interested in learning more about what this involves and some basic peer support skills. 1st one 24/8 - message for a space as spaces are limited!
