⚠️ PwC has realised potential is determined by more than academic grades!
PwC has removed the requirement that employees achieve a minimum of a 2:1 at university, acknowledging that talent and potential is “determined by more than academic grades”.
PwC is one of the largest graduate employers!
👉More students will be able to access PwC’s programmes as the firm assesses potential instead of academic attainment
👉The move is expected to drive progress in the social-economic background of recruits by drawing on a wider talent pool
👉The firm recruits from over 100 institutions across the UK
PwC has around 1900 starter jobs to fill in total each year
By removing the 2:1 criteria for undergraduate and graduates roles over 70,000 more students a year can apply to PwC’s graduate programmes
