HGV Class 1 Driver
location: Folkestone

We are looking for an experienced HGV Driver to join our team in Folkestone, Kent.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering career stability with local driving only .

The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to and from various sites in a safe and timely manner.

This will include filling out Driver’s Daily Defect Sheets, maintaining all equipment in a legal condition and ensuring trailers and units are left in a safe area at all sites. The role also involves dispatching components to production, handling and locating stock accurately and carrying out stock-taking.

The ideal candidate will possess a valid and up-to-date driving and Class 1 HGV licence and be willing t work towards a MHE licence for all equipment and forklift license - Counterbalance and VNA.
Experience of working in a Warehouse environment, good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions and SOPs is also required. Computer literacy with experience of SAP is an advantage.

This role works 4 on, 4 off shift patterns of 12 hour shifts, alternating across the following shifts: 5am-5pm, 7am-7pm, 8am-8pm. In return our client offer a competitive package, including 23 shifts annual leave with the opportunity to purchase up to an additional 3 shifts of leave, a competitive pension matched up to 9%, discretionary annual bonus and membership of a health cash plan and a 4% All Employee Bonus Scheme.

Warehouse Operative - Hythe - £20000 Starting salary
Permanent Role
Working in a small team you will be required to pick, pack & ship orders from sales generated by Amazon, EBay, Estay and other platforms.
The warehouse is open Monday to Saturday, with the Saturday worked on a rota with the rest of the team.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with a week day off when a Saturday is worked.
The successful candidate will:
• Have their own transport in order to get to and from the location of work.
• Have a can do attitude and a willingness to meet targets to get the products out on time
• Be physically fit with the ability to be able to handball cases of bottles
• Good numeracy skills
This role is being offered on a permanent basis and is an excellent opportunity for not only experienced warehouse operatives but candidates looking for their first role in the industry. Salary £20000 rising with service.

Salary: £25,000K Basic with OTE up to £45,000 (Basic Salary is Neg DOE)

Main Purpose of role:

To successfully list a targeted number of properties to the company’s guidelines achieving the best level of fees possible.
Promote and encourage ancillary services whilst maintaining compliance with relevant legislation.
Generate appointments for viewings, valuations and mortgage advisors.
List and sell properties together with ancillary services
Follow up business leads.
Achieve minimum levels of business targets.
Reporting to: Sales Director/Branch Manager
