This is an integral role working with a number of their key outsourced clients and day to day duties will include the following:

Respected Maidstone-based FMGC company is keen to recruit an additional purchase ledger clerk to the team.

Duties :

- Checking purchase orders against purchase invoices- High volume
- Dealing with incoming post and scanning invoices to the system
- Posting and allocating cash to the ledger
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Allocating invoices on to the system
- Matching and reconciling invoices to payments made
- Prepare payment runs
- Checking for and investigating discrepancies;
- Managing all intercompany balances within the Purchase Ledger

A minimum of 3 years of previous experience is required.
Ideally with some previous sales and credit ledger experience
