A fantastic Monday afternoon was spent attending Blackpool & The Fylde College’s Content Creation T Level Event as we continue to grow across GoFind Recruitment and the wider group 👏

Investing in younger people within our local area is something we’re hugely passionate about. It was great to meet so many ambitious, creative and driven students who are already showing real potential within the content creation and digital space.

A huge credit to the college and the students involved, the quality of candidates we interviewed was genuinely impressive. So much so, we’re now looking at bringing not just one, but potentially two students into the group of businesses.

The future talent across the Fylde Coast is incredibly exciting and we’re proud to support pathways that give young people real opportunities to develop, grow and gain hands-on experience within local businesses.

Here at GoFind Recruitment we’re assisting a well-established, reputable group of holiday parks to find a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive on a self employed basis in the Lancaster / Carnforth area.

This is a varied, creative, and technical role where no two days are the same and will suit someone that has been in busy environments.

You’ll be responsible for keeping the websites fast, secure, and fully functional, producing engaging video content, editing visuals, and managing paid advertising campaigns to drive bookings and brand awareness.

With the hot weather, packed venues and tourist season in full swing, our staff have been working flat out supporting events, hospitality venues and businesses across the area.

GoFind Recruitment is proud to be working in partnership with a well-established industrial business in Blackpool that is looking to recruit a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join their maintenance team during an exciting period of growth.

You will support the ongoing maintenance, inspection, and reliability of complex mechanical systems and heavy-duty equipment within a high-footfall operational environment. This role is focused on ensuring assets operate safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime through proactive maintenance and continuous improvement.

Working as part of a multidisciplinary engineering team, you will be responsible for planned preventative maintenance, reactive fault finding, and supporting upgrades to critical mechanical systems.
