This signage project has been a fantastic collaboration with Blackpool Council, helping us increase awareness of GoFind Recruitment across the local community while continuing to support businesses and job seekers throughout the region.

GoFind Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a leading engineering and construction business to recruit a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team based in their offices in Clitheroe.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor looking to develop their career within a well-established 13.7 million turnover organisation delivering complex projects across the construction, engineering, infrastructure and utilities sectors.

Working closely with the Commercial Manager and wider project delivery teams, you will play a key role in supporting the commercial and contractual management of projects from inception through to completion. You will be responsible for maintaining contract compliance, managing project costs, administering NEC contract procedures and supporting the successful delivery of projects within programme and budget.

🚨 MECHANICAL ENGINEER WANTED 🚨

GoFind Recruitment is proud to be working in partnership with a well-established industrial business in Blackpool that is looking to recruit a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join their maintenance team during an exciting period of growth.

You will support the ongoing maintenance, inspection, and reliability of complex mechanical systems and heavy-duty equipment within a high-footfall operational environment. This role is focused on ensuring assets operate safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime through proactive maintenance and continuous improvement.

Working as part of a multidisciplinary engineering team, you will be responsible for planned preventative maintenance, reactive fault finding, and supporting upgrades to critical mechanical systems.

This is a hands-on position, offering long-term stability, structured hours, and the opportunity to work in a technically challenging environment.

A fantastic Monday afternoon was spent attending Blackpool & The Fylde College’s Content Creation T Level Event as we continue to grow across GoFind Recruitment and the wider group 👏

Investing in younger people within our local area is something we’re hugely passionate about. It was great to meet so many ambitious, creative and driven students who are already showing real potential within the content creation and digital space.

A huge credit to the college and the students involved, the quality of candidates we interviewed was genuinely impressive. So much so, we’re now looking at bringing not just one, but potentially two students into the group of businesses.
