Though she will be missed by us all, we were very happy to celebrate Jane’s career and send her off on her retirement with one last team afternoon tea! We are so thankful that Jane chose to spend her last few professional years with us making such a positive impact on Develop My Child and the young people she worked with. Here’s to more adventures!

Our client work is focused on inclusivity - empowering our clients in their independence and to access their educations. This intention also applies as an employer. Our team has a range of work patterns that allow them to utilise and develop their expertise around other life commitments and at all stages of their careers from students gaining work experience to those in later career stages. We are thankful for our entire team and especially would like to recognise the contributions of the (many!) women across our business on this International Women’s Day. On Friday we marked a birthday in the team with a gluten-free Colin the Caterpillar. Many of the children and young people we work with have food allergies and sensitivities. Colin is an iconic staple of kids’ parties and this latest version means more children (and adults) get to say yes to cake! Enjoying the same treats as your friends is a huge win. 🍰💚
