We did it! 🌟 Proud to announce our 3rd Family Business Award in just 2 years. This accolade, "Triumph Over Adversity," holds a special place in my heart.

Losing my dad over 18 months ago was incredibly tough - he was not just a "recruitment genius," but an amazing father. We've learned so much from him, and his legacy drives us forward each day.

I vowed to honour his legacy and keep Care First strong. Despite facing numerous challenges and adversities, we are making headway. Our soon-to-launch new service offering is something I believe will excite many clients and candidates - so stay tuned!

This award is dedicated to my family, our incredible team, supportive clients, dedicated candidates, and reliable suppliers. I appreciate each and every one of you.

For my late father - we miss you so much, but I know you're watching over us. We're committed to continuous improvement in your honour.
