You’ll be responsible for financial strategy and operations, budgeting and forecasting, compliance and reporting, while also helping the business embrace AI and automation within finance.

E-commerce experience or strong knowledge of the sector is essential, alongside a recognised accountancy qualification such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA.

I'm recruiting for an established food business in North West London, part of a larger group, and this one is a proper planning role rather than order processing.

You'd own your own supplier base and the supply plans behind it. Lead times, MOQs, shelf life, safety stock, imports and 3PL transfers. And when a forecast doesn't look right, you're expected to say so.

The other half is analysis. Supply chain KPI reporting, service level and availability trends, supplier scorecards, working capital and inventory exposure, and a real seat in the monthly S&OP process.

What they're after:
✨ Supply chain, planning, logistics or analyst background
✨ Excellent Excel and genuine comfort with large datasets
✨ ERP experience, Business Central ideal but not essential
✨ Food or FMCG helpful, Power BI a bonus

Early-stage business, full sales cycle, and a patch that stretches across Europe.

I'm recruiting a Sales Executive for a growing start-up in Dublin, selling into restaurants, cafés and the FMCG trade.

This is the kind of role where you own the whole thing finding the opportunity, running the conversation, closing it and keeping the relationship warm afterwards. No handing leads over to someone else halfway through.

There's also proper variety in it. You'll be travelling across the UK and Europe for trade shows, so it suits someone who enjoys being in the room with customers rather than behind a screen.

Who this suits:
💫 Someone with sales experience in food, drink, hospitality or FMCG
💫 Confident running a full sales cycle end to end
💫 Happy to travel and represent the brand at trade shows
💫 Based in or around Dublin this is an onsite role unless you're out with clients

Some jobs are about managing a spreadsheet. This one is about getting through the door.

I'm recruiting a Business Development Manager for a family-run London food business a genuine field sales role opening and growing independent retail accounts across north and south London.

It's a lean team of seven, so decisions get made in a conversation rather than a committee. If a shopkeeper in Tooting wants to try a new line on Thursday, it can be in front of them on Thursday.

You'll be building on an existing base, not starting from nothing but the day to day is real business development. Phone prospecting to build the diary, face to face visits to convert, samples doing a lot of the selling for you.

What I'm looking for:
💥 Field sales or BD experience in food, drink, wholesale or FMCG
💥 Genuinely comfortable cold calling and cold visiting, week in week out
💥 Confident selling face to face to independent retailers and shop owners
💥 Full UK driving licence — company car provided
💥 Existing relationships in the London independent or convenience trade would be a real advantage
