A unique opportunity for an experienced private aviation charter sales professional to start up a new division and build a team in this competitive arena.

SALES
• Maintain and Develop a strong pipeline of ongoing relationships with prospects
• Self-motivated and goal orientated to generate own sales leads from regular calling
• Create opportunities from own existing network of high net worth prospects and existing relationships
• Respond to requests for price quotations utilising automated system(s) for domestic and international itineraries
• Promote the acceptance of fares, rates, and suppliers that match the client’s travel program policies and negotiated contracts - apply discount programs appropriately.

ADMIN / CHARTER
• Book routine reservations for air travel, hotel and car rentals, with detailed follow up
• Charter/source private aircraft and book special and unique services as required by clientele
• Familiar with contacting brokers and operators with knowledge of software such as Avinode
• Schedule meet and greet services for airport es**rt services
• Remain informed of all airline rules, regulations and current affairs - communicate information to clients accurately
• Stay up-to-date with ever-changing COVID19 travel requirements
• Have a good understanding of airline terminology, codes, fare basis, airline rules/tariffs, resource guides, books and industry contacts.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Previous brokerage experience essential, ideally 3 years minimum
• Additional languages an advantage
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent geographical awareness
• Confident and comfortable working in a small owner led team
• High personal productivity levels (will set own KPI's)
• Must not be bound by lengthy or stringent non-compete business covenants
• Natural leadership qualities.
